ALL vs EVERY

ALL VS EVERY
All and every have similar meanings, but they are used differently. ALL can be used without nouns and can be followed by determiners. That is not the case of every.
All can be used followed by of or without it. All of the books or all the books.

Every is more rectricted to use because it cannot be used with uncountable nouns (all the information is correct, but NOT every information) and we don't use every with plural nouns (all the students, but NOT very students).

We don't use every on its own without a noun: we use everyone, everybody or everything instead.
He suggested cancelling the trip and everyone agreed.

Everyday vs every day

Everyday is an adjective: everyday life, everyday clothing, etc.

Every day is an adverb. I do it every day, I call her every day, etc.
