Sportmen and sportwomen: from heroes to villains, from champions to cheaters!

Nowadays, everybody seems to be cheating. Sport is rotten, and the same thing seems to happen with politics.
Some time ago they got all the glory: they were men and women that we models for the society because of their great effort, determination, endurance, effort. But what happens when they become villains overnight, after being caught cheating, using performance enhancing drugs? Are all sportmen and women suspicious of cheating? Who lies and who is trying to practise the sport honestly?

First, the case of Lance Amstrong, which was an inspiration for everyone, because of the effort done in overcoming cancer and becoming 7 times Le tour de France winner in a row.

Then, after all these years cheating, all of a sudden he admits in a very popular Tv-show of his country, that he has used banned substances that enhance his cycling performance.

How much damage has the once cycling legend done to his beloved sport? What should be done in the future not to make the same mistakes and to try to avoid people commiting fraud like this one? Biggest farce of cyclist history, Lance Amstrongs; doesn´t show much emotion either!

Another case, Oscar Pistorius, which was quite a controversial athlete back when he wasn´t still a murderer ! He was the first paralympic athlete that took part in the Olympic Games using some hi-tech blades that helped him run as fast as other able-bodied athetes did.

He broke the 200 metres world record in London on the 1st September of 2012. "The fastest man on no legs" is also another fallen hero, after having been charged with the murder of his girlfriend. He is not the hero, the model that all the sport fans praised no so long ago.

Look at the two last videos, where you can hear the story related to drugs of David Millar, the scottish cyclist, who was associated with EPO and other banned substances, after the french police found 2 syringes in his bedroom. After that, he admitted his cheating career.

He won four stages of the Tour de France, five of the Vuelta a España and one stage of the Giro d'Italia. He was the British national road champion and the national time trial champion, both in 2007. He is the only British rider to have worn all Tour de France jerseys and one of six to have worn the yellow jersey. He was also the first (of two) British riders ever to have worn the leader's jersey in all three Grand Tours.

More cheaters: The longest cheat sheet ever!!!
